Wicked Cheese are looking for a Production Assistant in the Coal River Valley Tasmania region.

Mable might be great at welcoming visitors…
but she can’t sell cheese, manage wholesale orders, or help customers on her own 😉

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on team player to join Mable and the Wicked Cheese team in Richmond, Tasmania and play a key role in sales, customer service, and wholesale orders.

✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Taking charge of wholesale orders and supporting business growth
• Providing friendly, welcoming customer service
• Assisting with the making, packaging & handling of our cheese and milk
• Helping taste cheese and contribute to new product development

💪 We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a great work ethic and strong attention to detail
• Brings a positive attitude and good sense of humour
• Loves cheese (tasting is part of the job 🧀)
• Enjoys working closely with a small, supportive team

⏰ The details:
• Part-time position – close to 30 hours per week
• Flexible hours (Wicked Cheese operates 7 days a week; factory work occurs outside shop hours)
• Hours are best suited to someone with good weekly availability
• Opportunity to progress to full-time for the right person
