Lately, we've been spending a lot of time thinking about why we do what we do.
Yes, we make chocolate from bean to bar here in our little corner of Tasmania. We roast the beans, grind them, temper them, wrap them and send them out into the world.
But it has never really been just about chocolate.
It's about creating something that encourages people to slow down for a moment. To sit around a table. To share a block of chocolate with family or friends. To enjoy a glass of wine in the vineyard. To make memories together.
Life seems to move faster every year, and we believe those simple moments are becoming more valuable than ever.
