Your crisper drawer called…

It said it's tired of being a veggie graveyard 😅🥬

Time for an upgrade 💚

All our patterns begin as one of my sister Laura's watercolour paintings! She paints each element by hand, then transforms them into seamless patterns that are printed onto the fabric.

It's a process that takes an incredible amount of creativity, skill and patience!

Growing up, Laura was always the artistic one. Seeing her artworks on the Pods is one of my absolute favourite things! 💚

Do you have a favourite Wildflower Pod? Or do you have Pods from our original Rainforest collection? We would love to know which are your favourites! Mine is Sea Fig 🌷

A few years ago, if you'd asked me what I'd be doing today, "running a business" would have been very close to the bottom of the list.

I loved my job as a criminal defence lawyer, and creating a kitchen product certainly wasn't part of the plan.

Looking back now, it's funny to think that one forgotten bunch of mint ended up changing the course of my life. And I'm glad it did!

If you're new here, thank you for following along. And if you've been here since the early days, thank you for being part of this journey. 💚

P.S. This is only Part 1. Soon I'll share the story of how Produce Pod actually became a business!

Weekly Pod check in! I started the week with quite a lot of veg! There's heaps left for next week so I hardly need to buy much at all. The broccoli was from not last week's shop but the one before. Next week will be mostly salads plus the stir fry with leftover broccoli and cauliflower. I'm super happy that this week's shop will be a tiny one so far as veggies are concerned 😃

This is what I've got in my Pods today! Being Monday, we are fully stocked with veg after shopping on Saturday. It feels like a lot for a family of 3! But, there will be leftovers for next week which will keep brilliantly thanks to the Pods. Featuring a half apple that didn't brown (towards the end).

If you were wondering what's in my Pods, now you know 😆 I have two Pods going at the moment. At the start of the week it was 4. There's plenty of veg left for next week. A bunch of shallots normally lasts me 3 weeks. There's the broccoli and zuchhini from last week. This week I'll by buying lettuce, cucumbers, carrots & cauliflower. There's my shopping list sorted 😄

If you have any questions about the Pods, please feel free to ask! I'm trying to make a comeback on Instagram 💪
