Cookies… with the bakery trick most home recipes leave out.

These three tiny upgrades will take a regular chocolate chip cookie from "nice" to "wait, where did you BUY these?"

Brown the butter.
Use bread flour, not all-purpose.
Salt them on top. Straight out of the oven, while they’re still warm. (This only takes 3 seconds and does half the work).

Soup weather is here, and we are absolutely ready for it.

A good pumpkin soup doesn't need much - roasted pumpkin, a little flavour boost with ginger, and proper seasoning. That's where Melach fine sea salt comes in.
