Golden, garlicky, and straight off the grill!

Chicken souvlaki skewers, marinated in olive oil, garlic and Melach fine sea salt & pepper, then grilled until charred and juicy. Served with a cool, creamy tzatziki on the side.

Simple ingredients, seasoned right, that’s the whole trick. Our fine sea salt dissolves evenly through the marinade so every bite is seasoned, not just the surface.

Vodka Pasta 🍝

Save this for your next pasta night.

Serves 4
• 400g rigatoni
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small onion, finely diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup vodka
• 400g crushed tomatoes
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
• Melach fine sea salt, to taste
• Parmesan and basil, to serve

Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add vodka and simmer 2 minutes to cook off the alcohol. Stir in tomatoes and chilli flakes, simmer 10 minutes. Add cream and a generous pinch of Melach, simmer another 5. Toss through cooked rigatoni, finish with parmesan, basil and one more sprinkle of Melach on top. Enjoy!
