Hi all, unfortunately it looks like we were unknowingly offline today between 10 and 12pm! Apologies to those who tried to vend ice during that time. If it ever happens to you, please text/call the number on the machine. It is an easy fix we can solve remotely in minutes!

🚧 Quick update for everyone using the ice machine 🚧

The car wash next door is currently being renovated, which has made access and parking a bit tricky atm (we’ve definitely felt it!).

👉 Good news though — you’re still able to park in the spots next to the machine. Those cars belong to the car wash workers, so it’s completely fine to pull in there briefly while you grab your ice.

We really appreciate your patience while the work is going on 🙌 Hopefully things will be back to normal soon!

Just a quick one — We will pop a reminder on the machine to please only grab ONE cap per fill 👍

We’re currently waiting on a new cap delivery, so supply is a bit tight.
Caps are restocked regularly, so there’s no need to take extras.
