To all my Crystal Family please take a moment of your time to read the new Lay-By payment policy ❤️

This was not an easy decision to make but in order to grow Kirra’s Crystals and expand our range further I have had to make some tough choices relating to the current business cash flow which means that unfortunately I have had to reduce the amount each lay-by order can be - the new maximum lay-by order amount is $200.

I currently have a significant amount in outstanding lay-bys which has meant I'm not able to keep up with paying my own invoices to bring in new beautiful crystals for everyone so I also request that everyone with outstanding lay-bys over the $200 amount please consider reducing your order amount to the new maximum amount or splitting the payments up via some of the many other payment methods I have available, it would be truly appreciated.

Lay-By Order Policy
- 20% deposit to be paid at the time of order
- Weekly or fortnightly payments via PayID
- Orders must be paid in full within 8 weeks
- Failure to comply with this policy without a prior agreement will result in order cancellation and a $10 restocking fee to be paid by you, which is due at the time of cancellation.

Please be aware that orders over $200 are always welcome if they are paid within 48hrs via one of the payment methods listed at checkout.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience and hope that this new policy doesn’t impact anyone too greatly,

We hope so 🤩

We are patiently waiting for our next deliveries to arrive so that we can share all of the amazing new items with you but unfortunately there are delays so we are expecting them to arrive later this week instead of today 😣

We just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every single one of you from the bottom of our hearts for the overwhelming amount of support that we have received over the past few months!

I never would have thought this dream of mine could be possible and especially for it to be thriving the way that it is, it would have never happened had it not been for my amazing Fiancée, Emma! Emma has helped make this dream of mine a reality, and in the process she has discovered her own passion for Crystals and Gemstones 🥹

We are so very lucky that we get to be apart of everyone’s journey with crystals and all things metaphysical, thank for for making Kirra’s Crystals what it is today 🤩
