This technique might be different to what we’re used to catching Squid but I find this technique to work superbly if you’re fishing off a rock ledge or a boat drifting Squid Jigs under a float. There’s a few ways of hooking up a fresh prawn for fishing but I rig mine a slight differently and it has always caught plenty of solid Bream to decent Flathead. Rigging up a prawn this way makes the bait appear more naturally in the current. Try it out yourself, it’ll definitely catch you more fish.
