Fabric signage isn't going anywhere. AND WE ARE LOVING IT.

It softens a space in a way rigid signage simply can't.

This satin welcome sign for Alex and Hazar catches the light differently throughout the day, adds movement, and instantly makes the entrance feel more immersive.

It's usually because every detail has been considered.

Not matchy-matchy - but connected.

For this menu, we paired a custom watercolour illustration with an oval shape and delicate border detail to complement the rest of the stationery suite.

Some of my favourite pieces at a wedding are the ones guests discover throughout the day.

✨ A signature cocktail sign.
✨ A late-night snack menu.
✨ A seating plan that becomes part of the styling.

They're functional, yes, but they're also another opportunity to reinforce the feeling you've created.

This seedling green cocktail sign proves you don't need elaborate embellishments to make an impact. Beautiful typography, quality materials and thoughtful alignment do the heavy lifting.

If you're planning a January to March 2027 wedding, now's the time to start thinking about these details. ⚠ DO NOT leave this for later. In the Australian wedding world a lot of printers take time off in December and the start of January so we need to make a start on any on-the-day stationery now.

Let's talk about the wedding details nobody actually needs...
..but everyone remembers.

These custom cocktail coasters featured a bespoke swan illustration created just for the couple and became part of the cocktail hour experience.

Did guests need them?

No.

Did people pick them up, comment on them, photograph them and take them home?

Absolutely.

Those are often my favourite stationery pieces to design—the unexpected ones.

The pieces that aren't on the standard wedding stationery checklist, but somehow become the things guests remember.

Ever noticed how some weddings just feel put together?

You can't always put your finger on why, but it's usually the little things.

The texture of the menu.
The ribbon on a place card.
A beautiful paper stock.
A touch of lace layered underneath.

It's rarely one big statement piece. It's usually a collection of thoughtful details working together.

That's exactly why I encourage couples to start thinking about their on-the-day stationery earlier than they think they need to.

🙅🏻‍♀ You don't need to have everything figured out.
🙅🏻‍♀ You don't need to be totally locked in on the menu.
🙅🏻‍♀ You don't even need your final guest list.

The best ideas don't happen when you're rushing to get menus printed two weeks before the wedding.
