Some coffee varieties are named after flowers. This one is named after a belly button.
Our latest release is an Ombligon coffe from the Lasso brothers in Huila, Colombia. Named after the unusual shape of its cherry, this rare variety is anything but ordinary.
Nestor and Adrian take things further with a thermal shock process and 38-hour anaerobic fermentation, bringing out juicy cherry acidity, candied strawberry sweetness and plenty of fruity goodness.
