Buon Ferragosto! 🇮🇹. Over the weekend, we celebrated Five Dock's favourite Italian festival by serving up our rich, Italian Hot Chocolate courtesy of our friends at De Luca 1937

In honour of Ferragosto tomorrow, we're celebrating the sweetest way we know how. 🇮🇹

While we were closed for renovations, Carol never stopped creating. Introducing our new cake bonbons – because chocolate and cake are a match made in sweet heaven.

☕️ Tiramisu – coffee ganache, Tia Maria, mascarpone and a savoiardi biscuit base
🍰 Continental Cake – vanilla cake soaked in liqueur, vanilla ganache, chocolate ganache and roasted flaked almonds
🍫 Chocolate Cake – Carol's signature chocolate cake and vanilla ganache
