Stanhope Gardens garage rescue transformation.

This garage had previously been coated by another contractor and was already showing signs of failure.

Upon inspection, the coating was delaminating from the concrete substrate, the surface appeared extremely dry, and there was no obvious evidence of a protective seal coat having been applied.

To ensure a long-lasting result, the existing coating system was completely removed and the floor was taken back to bare concrete.
