In an attempt to keep my sanity while moving, I’ve been allocating an hour a day for silly sketches.
This is one I did inspired by my mum’s dog Lulu, who kept trying to steal the mint from our garden 😅

She’s also known as Delulu Lulu the sock thief… but that’s a story for another time.

If you haven’t heard of “Momota”, the adorable Polar Bear Cub, whose favourite toy is a traffic cone - I highly advise you to look into him!

As a parent myself, his antics reminded me of my toddler. (Along with his mum’s expression!) So I just had to draw him!

This sticker is my very first design for Ashx2, exclusively sold on their website!
I’ll be making more designs, specifically for T***y in the coming months, so make sure to jump aboard give them a follow, and check out all the cool artworks already there!

A fun, quick artwork I did yesterday! Inspired by the surfing penguin from autopoiesis.ocean - it was so wholesome, I just had to draw it!

Haven’t been on social media as much, as we’re in the middle of suddenly moving houses. But I wanted to share this piece, in hope it’s may inspire someone and provide some hope.

I created it last year when things were so rough, that I was always looking for four leaf clovers for some luck. A year later, I can say that opportunity really is everywhere!
I hope this inspires you to keep going and gives you hope 💛🌈

Had a few DM’s asking how my Toddler reacted… While I don’t feel comfortable sharing her face, I will share this and say, she does!!
It is just over half her size, the perfect amount of cuddly, and bounce for when she puts it down her slide. But most importantly, it’s a triceratops with stars, and moons, and “mummy made this for me.”

Thank you again for everyone’s help, “star tops” has gone absolutely everywhere with us, and cuddles up with her every night too! 🥺

FINAL PART LEARNING HOW TO SEW!

I didn’t think my threads post would have led to me meeting so many incredible people; and making this plush toy for my toddler.

I went from being terrified of sewing, to learning so many different things, and learning a new fun skill!

Thank you again to everyone who helped out, sent tutorials, commented on it, and has just been so supportive!

Part 17 learning how to sew: is there an easy way to fix the eyes? I don’t know how to take the screws off????

Also? Do I redo the horns?? Or can I just literally cut half of it off and sew it together 👀

Part 16: learning how to sew!

I went from never using a needle before, to learning 6 different types of stitches and making a triceratops plush!!!

All that’s left is attaching this, and making the horns!!!!!!!!!!!
