Forages Deli Cafe

Just letting everyone know we are open today from 7:30am - 12 (or thereabouts). We have a limited menu as supply has slowed right down and we can be busy so please be patient! Wait times are longer than usual as we also have limited staff. Please be aware there is also limited parking as everyone in taringa has parked their cars downstairs. The lift is also not working. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

This is my dad.

He owns a cafe (this cafe.)

As you can see he is absolutely knackered.

He is working over time because we are in need of a front of house all-rounder/barista AND also a kitchen hand/short order cook.

He is the kindest, funniest, most hard working man (and boss) that I know.

Our cafe is family run and is a really fun, busy and dynamic place to work.

Previous experience in either roles would be great but we are also happy to put in some time and effort to train you if you are willing to learn.

There are 20 - 30 hours available for both positions. Hours are flexible.

Forages is currently looking for a kitchen hand to work 4 shifts a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday) approx 20 hours.

We are looking for an experienced barista/all rounder for our very busy, friendly and welcoming cafe in Taringa.

Hours will be in the vicinity of 27/35 hours per week, with weekend work included.

Please note that Forages will be closed on the 29th of October for the Ekka Public Holiday.

We will be re-opening on Saturday with normal hours (7am-3pm). See you then!
