I sew because it’s my hobby. It’s something I genuinely love to do. ❤️

I created this little business because people liked what I made… and I absolutely love that I get to share my creations with you.

But if I’m being honest, it’s the demands of social media and all the other platforms that have this small-business mama growing more and more sparkles amongst my natural colours. ✨😂

Why not add two businesses into the mix? And children? And another job on top? 🤦‍♀️😂

Somehow, in amongst the chaos, I’m still sewing, creating and doing something I love.

And maybe that’s what makes it all worthwhile. ❤️

Hey! It’s me, Liz! 👋🏻

I’ve had quite a few new faces join me on this wild little sewing + pattern-making adventure lately, so I thought it was probably time for a reintroduction.

If you’ve been here from the beginning — my loyal besties! 😂 — you’ll know I’m first and foremost a mum, a teacher, and somehow also the owner/operator of two very different family businesses. And yes… somehow the businesses (including this little sewing adventure) are squeezed into the rest of my time around being a mum. 😂

I absolutely LOVE what I do. I just haven’t quite figured out how to do it all at once… or how there are never enough hours in the day!

So if you see me sewing at ridiculous hours, disappearing for a bit, then suddenly popping up with a new pattern or a pile of handmade goodies… you now know why. 🧵✂️😂
