Looking for something to do this Saturday morning from 8:00am to 12:00pm. The Balgal markets are on at Fisherman’s landing and the Ford Enthusiasts Club will be having their display.

I’ll be there with my Flavourista stall and I’ll have our newly released products as well. Would love to see you. It should be a great morning ☀️⛱️

Mango Dessert sauce is not one of the new products released but I just had to share this photo of a mango cheesecake made by my sister-in-law using Flavourista’s Mango Dessert sauce stirred through the cheesecake mixture and then used as a glaze on top. The flavour was divine ❤️🥭

While on holidays anything goes - so this was breakfast this morning 😜

A Strawberry Dessert Sauce was released on the weekend which I think would work well also. However, I may have to try the Caramel Dessert sauce stirred through after I return to Townsville. All these possibilities are making my head buzz 🐝

Yesterday I attended Flavourista’s Flavour Lab on the Sunshine Coast. We had a wonderful day discovering what new products had been introduced and actually cooking with them 👩‍🍳It was a day of feasting delicious new tastes. Not a bad way to spend a day 😜❤️

Below I am filling cups for everyone to taste of almonds roasted in Roasted Garlic Smash olive oil with one of our new spice blends Gimme Churri spice blend. They were yum 🤤

This blend contains oregano, garlic, red bell peppers, tomato flakes, parsley, lemon zest, cumin, sweet paprika, chilli flakes, cilantro, thyme and natural flavour.

Dinner on the Sunshine Coast tonight cooked by my sister-in-law 💚

A yummy stir fry with the vegetables cooked in Flavourista’s Garlic Divino, the crumbed portions of pork cooked in Roasted Garlic Smash Olive Oil and a small amount of Roasted Garlic Smash stirred through the rice for extra flavour 👌

Home alone tonight for dinner so that means I’m having one of my favourites - vegetarian pasta 🍝

One of the things I love about being a consultant is I have access to all of Flavourista’s amazing products at a discount so of course my cupboards are filled with them and I love experimenting with them 😍

Tonight I used Russian for Dinner spice blend with Field Mudhroom salt, a combination I wasn’t too sure would work with pasta but yummo it did! 😋

Onion and garlic fried in Roasted Garlic Smash with the spice and salt added and mixed through, grated carrot and zucchini then added and finally tomato soup, diced tomato and vegetable stock to make the sauce before adding the pasta. Served with grated Parmesan over the top. Simple and delicious 💋

I love chatting to people at markets and hearing how they use our products for different purposes. A lovely lady last weekend told me she puts veggies on a try with dukkah and our Roasted Garlic Smash Olive oil and then pops it in the oven.

I took inspiration from this and this is my variation shown below. Cherry tomatoes 🍅 from our garden, zucchini 🥒, red and green capsicum 🫑, asparagus and red onion 🧅 sprinkled with Cleopatras Kitchen Dukkah then a drizzle of Roasted Garlic olive oil over the top before roasting.

Adding crumbled feta over the top when cooked could also be an option 😋 Quick, easy and healthy. Ticks all the boxes for me ✔️
