Monthly Wrap UP.
Just wanted to say thank you for your continued support. This last month has been hectic to say the least. We had taken the time to moving everything that was in storage into the new shed, which has left us a week behind on orders.

We apologies for the delays. With the up-and-coming Df65 Qld state titles we had to prioritizes some orders for sailors sailing in the event. We are currently working through all current orders trying deliver as fast as we can. Hoping to finish them all by end of week.

Any new sail orders will process after the DF65 state titles, please be aware of the delays.

Bergan sails will be closed from 3rd of August till the 10th of August. While we prepare and sail in the State titles. If you need parts, please order this week. (NO New sail orders will be made this side of the DF65 States).

We have new shipment of Rudder servos coming and Batteries will be around 4 weeks away. We have started restocking our stock levels now the Sheds done and hoping to bring some new products to market shortly. This will include IOM parts eventually and a release of my new design IOM in coming months.

It’s been a huge week , sheds done, storage container empty and in the new shed.
I appreciate the patience for those waiting on orders. I had to make the call to spend most of the finalising the shed and the move. As I’m only one person it takes time.

The good news is we’re back to orders and sails. There’s a lot to do. We have the DF65 Qld state title fast approaching I hope to see you all there.

Pictures of the new sail making bench, postage bench and the 3D printer area and Joysway stock. Plenty of room now.

A Quick monthly update.
As most know we have been building our new Bergan Sails HQ. We have been working extremely hard to find a balance to keep up with orders and finish the shed at the same time.
The sail making room is now finished ( as far as construction goes) Power is on.
The Warehouse side is coming a long. Afew more weeks and we should ready to go.

This means Bergan Sails will pivoting into IOMs . We have Started making IOM sails. We are taken orders for these.
Soon will be making a new design IOM once the shed is finished. Hull moulds have made just need to finish off the deck mould. Our aim to produce a turn key boat for sailors to compete at the highest level at a good price point.

Bergan Sails go 1 - 2 At DF95 VIC States

Congratulations to Gary Metcalfe winner of the DF95 Vic State Championships. Gary was sailing An F1 Sail.
Adam Chambers 2nd sailing with a Turbo.

Adam had more wins, Gary managed to be consistent after the lunch break to only finish 3 points ahead Adam. It was Great effort by both sailors.

Here is a set of IOM dB sails, fresh of the table last week and already sailing.
You will see more IOM sails and equipment over the next few months. We’re just waiting to finish the new shed. We will be enjoying the freedom of space to work in.

Exciting News
The new Bergan Sails HQ is well under way. It won’t be long before we are moving into more space.
For the first time we will be able manufacture boats and parts as well as larger sails under the same roof.

National Titles Challenge

For all those who have supported Bergan Sails we’re going run a fun spirited challenge for any sailor sailing with Bergan Sails.

To enter this challenge you need to be sailing with Bergan Sails (not just one suit) if in the regatta you need to A+,A and B than all sails must be Bergan Sails to qualify.
If it’s only light breeze across the regatta and one set used only, than one suit is all you need.

All boats to carry the dB logo on there bow or side of hull. Bergan Sails to supply logo. See photo

The boat that is highest ranked after the regatta. ( lowest score) will win an A+ set of sails For the DF65. There will be A Set of Sails for the DF 95.

All boats that enter the challenge will receive a 10% Discount on your next sail order.
Discount valid for 30days
