NorthWest CollectorFest yesterday was amazing.
For the community, for the vendors and for ourselves.

Here’s some highlights of cards we took in yesterday. We took in over 14k cards yesterday (a lot of bulk as well)

NorthWest CollectorFest
We had over 680 people attend today.
One of the biggest events we have seen in recent years for trading cards and collectables, especially up north west coast of Tasmania.

I’m pretty proud of the event I managed to throw together.
It was a fantastic day.
Thank you to all the vendors for an outstanding event, you all led with a level of professionalism and community spirit that was definitely at the heart of our successes. Whether it was travelling from the other side of the state or your constant sharing and support of the event, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

Thank you to the Tasmanian community, this event made the last 6 weeks of stress, anxiety, frustration and nervous energy well worth it. To see the next generation of cardboard enthusiast light up with sheer joy of a free card or their shock at seeing such a rare and valuable card in person certainly was the motivation I needed to make the next event even bigger and better.

We will be working away in the background over the coming weeks to lock in more entertainment, more vendors, and to expand the range on offer.

DLA Devonport Lightsaber Academy
Rory and the team put on an amazing display of full contact lightsaber duelling. Dressed to impress and with the talent to back it up, it was definitely entertaining. If you ever played Jedi knights in the primary school playground with a stick or broom, this group could be for you! They are looking for more like minded passionate Star Wars fanatics to hang out, learn to duel and become members of a great community, please send them a message for more information, or come and see them at the next event.

Fairy Tales & Pirate Sails
The amazing team came and painted many little faces. You know you have done a fantastic job when the smiles across their faces when they got up reached each ear.
If you’re ever looking for any children’s party event entertainment, party rooms, or character mascots look no further. We have had an amazing experience from start to finish with them. And we hope to have them return for future events.

Allocations are in for Pitch Black

For those attending NorthWest CollectorFest on Sunday we will have select number of Products available to PREORDER as a perk of attendance. (Products need to be paid in full)

However the remaining product not sold/preordered at the event will be organised into our ThiccBoi Bundles for those who would like 1 of each product. These bundles should be announced for PREORDER mid-week.

For those who would like just specific products or just one or 2 items we will endeavour to have PRE-ORDERS open by next weekend.

Please note: we don’t want people messaging prior to our PREORDER announcements as our focus is the event on Sunday and is taking our priority at the moment.

The 30th Anniversary of Pokemon TCG probably the most talked about product this year, has started dropping some images of upcoming cards.

Disappointed but not surprised in the least of the reprint charizard. No doubt in 5 years it will see growth once more like the 25th charizard is again now.

Excited about the granny pinch chubby cheeked pikachu, it’s definitely on my chase list.

What are your thoughts?
Chrome cards? Yay or nay?

This one is going to divide the room I’m sure.

I love the artwork of them both, not a fan of the chrome/monochrome appearance.






P.S my advice is to try and secure yourself a preorder, this set will 1 million percent be on the scalper radar. My personal belief is highly allocated with low availability, especially things like the UPC, remember support local ❤
