Caring Conversations is a free 5-week online program for women ready to reconnect, reflect and find their footing again.

Through gentle conversation, simple grounding practices and a genuinely supportive space, you'll explore what nourishes you, what drains you, and what your next step forward might look like. No pressure, no judgement - sharing is always optional, and your pace is respected.

It's the perfect first step if you're not sure where to start, or just want to feel a little less alone.

📅 Tuesdays, 20 October – 17 November
🕐 12–2pm AEST
💻 Online, small group
💸 Completely free

Facilitated with warmth and care by Ally Cowan, a counsellor with lived experience who's walked this road herself.

At WRC, it's all about helping women reset, rebuild and thrive — and Caring Conversations is where that journey can begin.

This Include a Charity Week, we're celebrating the power of leaving a lasting impact.

After taking care of family and loved ones, some supporters choose to leave a gift in their Will to the Women's Resilience Centre, helping women heal, recover and rebuild after domestic abuse and trauma.

We've partnered with EveryWill to offer our community a free online Will, with no obligation to include a charitable gift.

Employee value propositions are under more scrutiny than ever, and so are ESG commitments.

A workplace giving partnership with The Women's Resilience Centre gives your organisation measurable impact metrics aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including gender equality and reduced inequalities, alongside genuine values alignment your people can see in action. As a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) registered charity, every employee gift over $2 is tax deductible.

Employees consistently report feeling more fulfilled when they can support a cause that matters to them, and matched giving programs strengthen retention and workplace culture at the same time.

If your organisation is exploring how to make its ESG commitments tangible, we'd welcome the conversation. https://www.womensresiliencecentre.org.au/workplace-giving
