After listing with an agent and encountering mostly time wasters, we (Mandy & Andrew) are now personally reaching out to announce the sale of our beautiful business, The Living Room Berry.

With 25 years in business and several successful ventures behind us, it’s time to scale back and enjoy life’s simpler pleasures.

Located in the heart of Berry NSW – a top South Coast destination – our store operates 5 days a week (Wed–Sun, 10am–3pm) and holds huge potential for growth with extended hours or expanded offerings.

The Living Room Berry is well established, selling a mix of unique homewares, gifts, and small furniture. We’ve successfully imported goods for years with a seamless system in place (including an English-speaking agent), and have recently pivoted to include more Australian suppliers.

This is a lifestyle business – perfect for someone wanting flexibility, a strong local and tourist customer base, and room to grow. The business is WIWO and includes all stock, fit-out, POS system, security cameras, website, and socials. Mandy is happy to stay on for a month to help with handover.

Great news !! THE SALE CONTINUES...

We are continuing to offer significant store wide discounts on the remaining stock that we have at The Living Room Berry.

We won't be replacing items that are marked to clear so this is a great time to secure a bargain.

As we have previously mentioned and advertised the shop has been listed for sale. As of last week we have been contacted by two different people who are in negotiations with us and possibly the shop will change hands. The good news for our regulars is that fresh ideas and new stock may become available on the same location moving forward.

We will keep everyone posted as this progresses.
