This is our go-to recipe for entertaining. It's simple, impressive, and produces perfectly tender salmon every time.

Slow roasting the salmon in plenty of olive oil keeps it moist and full of flavour. Our Agrumato Lemon Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil adds a fresh citrus finish that perfectly balances the richness of the fish.

Serve with a crisp green salad, rice, or on top of olive oil-fried toast.
