Who's giving this a go?
Classic Sweet Cream Cold Foam (3-2-1 Ratio)

3 Tbsp Heavy Cream

2 Tbsp 2% or Whole Milk

1 Tbsp Flavourista Topping

Instructions

Combine: In a tall, narrow glass or container, add the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup.

Froth: Submerge a handheld milk frother into the mixture and froth for 20–30 seconds, or until it has doubled in volume and is thick, smooth, and creamy.

Serve: Immediately pour or spoon the foam over your favourite iced coffee or cold brew.

Tips & Variations

No Frother? Shake the ingredients vigorously in a small, sealed mason jar for 1–2 minutes until thick.

Volume Twist: For a thicker, more decadent foam, add 1/2 tsp of sweetened condensed milk to the mix.

Dairy-Free Option: Use "barista-style" oat milk and 1 tbsp of dairy-free, plant-based heavy cream.

If it's too thin: You might be using too much milk or not enough fat. Use more heavy cream.

If it's too thick: It has turned into whipped cream. Add a splash of cold milk to thin it out.

Best enjoyed immediately, as the foam will deflate after sitting on the drink for a few minutes.
