I am very sad to say I will not be renewing my App Boutique Guru. Personal family issues combined with Covid and economic downturn makes it impossible to keep promoting small boutique businesses which are sadly closing faster than I can possibly manage to note and update electronically in these times.
However, I’m not in the habit of bowing out quietly so I will close with a couple of points:
1: Please keep supporting local boutiques and other businesses. Without them our street scaoe will be ugly and we will all look the same in chain store clothes.
2. This passion project has cost me a lot of money and sometimes my sanity 😱, but I cannot be sorry that I followed a dream. I know I made mistakes, but the personal growth is far more valuable to me than money I may have saved.
If you have a dream, follow it, I will continue to do so. I have kept boutique guru as a name, so watch this space!
