14 of our artists Roadside Gallery Wollombi are amongst the finalists who’s sculptures will fill this valley for 16 days - 12-27 September.

Roadside will be OPEN daily during the festival with some outstanding sculptures earmarked for exhibition out the front and even attached to our building!

6 years on & our founding artists continue to present their stunning signature works Roadside Gallery Wollombi .

Image 1-3: Nicole de Mestre ‘s NEW arrivals. Nicole’s sculptural & useable artworks are a defining element for visitors to Roadside.

Image 5: Stephen Coburn ‘s NEW maquettes are a delight to behold and covet, when you simply don’t have space for one of his large scale sculptures.

More recent members of our creative collective; Joanne Johnson Joanne Johnson (Image 6) and Sally Sullivan (Image 7) have also just delivered a joyful array of NEW works - elevating their chosen mediums and rounding out the breadth of talent we present.

Roadside Gallery has also been given the honour of doing something more extraordinary than usual…. we will be presenting the late Claudia Graham’s resplendent, playful glass creations.

Our close friends, Richard & Berangere Graham have entrusted us to find ‘forever homes’ for Claudia’s extensive body of work. Each piece as divine as she who created them.

What fun!! Last Friday, Roadside Gallery celebrated 6yrs with its artists, art lovers, friends, family & sculpture festival ‘movers & shakers’!

There was so much to enjoy about the night; thanks to Joana Joana Ruival , and our vivacious MC Sophie Cook Sophie Cook.

Our inspired speakers; Armando Percuoco A.O.M. and Susan Leith-Miller deepened our understanding of the Arts in the Wollombi Valley and none of us will forget the carp/shark/dolphin analogy🐬 that Susan shared 😘

The magnificent Helene Leane Art from Gallery on Dowling wore her curator’s hat for Sculpture on the Farm, Dungog to award Stephen Coburn the honour of becoming the first invited Roadside Gallery sculptor to exhibit Sculpture on the Farm, Dungog , Dungog in 2027.
So deserved, Stephen is one of our founding artists and a truly inspirational person and sculptor.

We’re so proud to be a part of helping make regional cultural connections, it’s priceless!

Immense gratitude to all those who joined us in celebration, it was an absolute joy 🤩

The news is out!
We can’t wait to hear which of our artists will be selected for Sculpture on the Farm, Dungog in 2027.
15 of our artists are Finalists for this year’s Wollombi Valley Sculpture Festival… so we imagine Dungog’s Selection Panel have enjoyed quiet a challenge selecting one!!
We’re so grateful to celebrate our artists with this unique opportunity in celebration of our 6 year anniversary.

A Partnership That Supports Sculptors!

This Friday we'll be joining our friends at Roadside Gallery Wollombi as they open their 6th Anniversary Exhibition. If you're in the area, we'd love to see you there supporting this showcase of outstanding artists.

As part of our partnership, the Sculpture on the Farm Curation Team has selected one exhibiting artist to become the Roadside Gallery Sculptor for Sculpture on the Farm Dungog 2027.

Roadside Gallery will support the artist's participation in our 2027 exhibition, where they'll develop a new, previously unexhibited work for Sculpture on the Farm.

Our own curation team member and local artist Helene Leane from Gallery on Dowling Dungog will announce the selected sculptor at tomorrow evening's opening.

Regional galleries supporting regional artists – that's something worth celebrating. Congratulations to Roadside Gallery on six wonderful years.

A pelican, pollinators and portraiture - there’s some wonderful NEW works that have arrived Roadside Gallery Wollombi and some very exciting NEWs to share….

Joanne Johnson Joanne Johnson has just delivered a stunning collection of glass works - Image 1 & 4 are just a couple of our new favourites!

Stephen Brown from Eaglehawk, VIC wowed us on our travels south of the border and we’ve returned with a fantastic selection from his studio - Image 2, 3 & 5.

In other exciting news, we are so thrilled to share that a member of our collective, Polina Karuso will be a creative contestant in the latest series of Portrait Artist Australia.
We can’t wait to see Polina on the big screen, it’s certainly where she belongs!.
