It’s extremely gut wrenching. 💚

But, as a sole trader, there are not many options at this point that would allow me to continue my operation.

So I’ll be focusing on taking care of myself for the next few weeks and listen to my body.

Through this all, I must say that I see the good in it all :
✨Wonderful people have stepped up to help
✨ It’s opened up some meaningful conversations
✨It’s forcing me to rest (if you know me, that’s a struggle)
✨ I appreciate the fragility of life
✨Most of our luck is how we decide to see things

The next few days will be focused on getting insurances/ legal/ medical help, so you might hear a little bit less about me.

But my accident doesn’t take away my passion about sustainability and I’d still love to help where I can so please hit me up to let me know what you’d like to see here in the meantime.

And above all, my big mission has always been to help businesses do bigger moves for our planet and I’d love to help you out if this is something you’d love to chat about. No charge, no obligation - just a chat to give me purpose and maybe to something better for our planet.

Cooking can be fun. 🧑‍🍳

(Or not - that’s okay). 😭

But in both cases, when you’re low on time, it takes everything away from the pleasures it can give. 👀

On those busy weeks, getting meals premade for you can be a great life hack. You get the goodness of homemade, without needing to do it yourself. 🥹

And the best part with The Loop Kitchen is that we are fighting plastic waste in the background by opting for a reusable system, and refusing plastic everywhere we can.

Have you noticed the warmth has slowly been creeping into our cool days? 🌸 I've been loving it! Two salads are on the menu this week to help out with lunchtime, and hopefully it'll allow you to soak in the sun on your lunch breaks! ☀️

Our popular corn chowder is back on the menu, and as a snack, our sesame bars are here to help you through the afternoon cravings!

Because feeding yourself shouldn’t cost the planet right? 🤯

In our households, kitchens are one of the rooms that generates the most waste, as everything comes packaged these days. 🫠

I’ve been on the journey of living plastic-free for over 7 years now, and # the hardest thing to cut plastic out of the fridge and pantry. The Loop Kitchen is a shortcut for everything I’ve learned in the past years.

Meals come in a reusable kit, so nothing goes to landfill. 🍃🌏

I’ve caught myself often comparing plastic-free living to a lot of controversial topics over the past years. 🫠

Funnily enough, I was brought up to keep my views to myself so putting this out there was quite uncomfortable.

But, nothing changes when we keep our opinions inside. And besides, plastic free living is quite a new concept so what’s the harm in comparing it to other tricky concepts of it can help understand it better?

I love these 🤩

Getting these messages are always a huge highlight in my week, and I cannot be grateful enough for the time you take for sending them in!

Last week, we offered honey chili roasted nuts as a snack and apparently, they were pretty tasty! 🤩

They were a one-off but who knows, maybe they could come back at some point if they were such a winner! 🤩💚
