‎গার্মেন্টসে হেম/বটম কি? বিস্তারিত জানুন?

‎🖋️ আজ আমরা বটম /হেম কাকে বলে,বটম/হেম কত প্রকার ও কি কি,বটম/হেম এ কি কি defects / সমস্যা হতে পারে সেগুলো নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে যাচ্ছি। আশা করছি আপনাদের কাজে আসবে।
‎✅✅ Bottom/বটম অর্থ শেষ প্রান্ত/তলদেশ।
‎✅✅ Hem/হেম অর্থ পাড়/মুড়ি-সেলাই দেওয়া।
‎
‎®️ গেঞ্জি,সার্টের বা প্যান্টের শেষ প্রান্তে যে জায়গা থাকে তাকে বটম/হেম বলে।
‎
‎🔹🔹 বটম/হেম সাধারণত তিন প্রকার।
‎
‎1️⃣ Plain/Straight hem/bottom.
‎(প্লেইন/স্ট্রেইট হেম/বটম)
‎2️⃣ Tail hem /bottom.
‎(টেইল হেম/বটম)।
‎3️⃣ Round hem/ bottom.
‎(রাউন্ড হেম/বটম)
‎
‎👉 Plain/Straight hem/bottom: যে পোশাকের হেম/বটম সরল রেখার মত সোজা তাকে Plain/Straight bottom বলে।
‎👉 গেঞ্জি,সার্টের বা প্যান্টের শেষ প্রান্তে ভাঁজ করে সমান ভাবে রেখে হেম করা হয় এই জাতীয় বটমকে প্লেইন হেম/বটম বলে।

‎☑️☑️ Tail hem/bottom: যে সমস্ত হেম/বটম দুই পাশ্বে সাইড সিয়েম থেকে ১/২ ইঞ্চি পরিমাণ রাউন্ড সেপ থাকে তাকে Tail bottom বলে।গেঞ্জি,সার্টের শেষ প্রান্তে সাইড সিমের দুই পার্শ্ব থেকে হঠাৎ সরু হয়ে গেছে কিংবা ফ্রন্ট পার্ট ও ব্যাক পার্টের শেষ প্রান্ত রাউন্ড অবস্থা বা লম্বা অবস্থা নিচে নেমে গিয়েছে।

‎✔️✔️ Round hem/bottom: যে সমস্ত হেম/বটমের গোল শেভ থাকে তাকে রাউন্ড/Round হেম/বটম বলে।
‎
‎🤔 এ ছাড়াও ডিজাইন অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন Hem/bottom এর নাম দেওয়া হলো।
‎
‎1. Circular hem
‎2. Slip hem
‎3. Narrow hem
‎4. Blind hem
‎5. Rolled hem
‎6. Bias tape hem.
‎7. Zigzag hem.
‎8. Overlock hem.
‎9.Single folded hem.
‎10. Lettuce hem.
‎11. Grain stitch hem.
‎12. Double folded hem etc.
‎
‎👉👉 নিচে কয়েকটি হেম/বটম এর defects / সমস্যা দেওয়া হইলো।
‎
‎1. Improper hem height.
‎2. Hem uneven.
‎3. Hem Puckering / Roping.
‎4. Skip stitch.
‎5. Broken stitch.
‎6. Improper hem shape.
‎7. Hem up down.
‎8. Needles damage.
‎9. Needles mark.
‎10. Twisted hem.
‎11. Open seam.
‎12. Hem stitch uneven.
‎13. Hem point up down.
‎14. Hem single stitch.
‎15. Pleat
‎16. Incorrect SPI.
‎17. Incorrect threads tension.
‎18. Hem wavy.
‎19. Seam/ reverse.
‎20. Improper joint stitch.
‎21. Hem shining mark.
‎22. Jam stitches.
‎23. Needles gape wrong.
‎24. Irregular/Excess raw edge.
‎25.Joint unmatching etc.
