ব্যক্তিগতভাবে আমার কাছে ব্লেক লাইভলির অভিনয়ও প্রথম চলচ্চিত্রের তুলনায় কিছুটা কম প্রাণবন্ত মনে হয়েছে। পাশাপাশি, বেশ কয়েকজন পার্শ্বচরিত্রও গল্পের সঙ্গে পুরোপুরি সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ মনে হয়নি।

Unfortunately, the sequel never manages to recreate the same magic as the original.
Too many unexplained incidents, several plot loopholes, and a mystery that becomes increasingly complicated in a negative way make the storyline feel weaker. Rather than building upon the strong ending of the first film, it struggles to maintain the same momentum.
Personally, Blake Lively felt slightly off compared to her performance in the original film. She appeared less glamorous, while several supporting characters also lacked proper synchronization with the story.
