২. সিস্টেমের ত্রুটির কারণে স্টকের তথ্যতে প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি ঘটতে পারে। এমন পরিস্থিতিতে, Lookoid এর অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রয়েছে। আমরা যে কোনও অসুবিধার জন্য দুঃখ প্রকাশ করছি।
৩. অর্ডার সম্পর্কিত যে কোনও ধরণের সমস্যার জন্য দয়া করে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার প্রতিনিধির সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

🔹মূল্য নির্ধারণ নীতিঃ
১. ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত দামগুলি বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (বিডিটি) প্রকাশিত হয়েছে।
২. সিস্টেমের ত্রুটির কারণে দামের তথ্যতে প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি ঘটতে পারে। এমন পরিস্থিতিতে, Lookoid এর অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রয়েছে। আমরা যে কোনও অসুবিধার জন্য দুঃখ প্রকাশ করছি।
🔹 ডেলিভারি নীতিঃ
আমরা আপনার অর্ডারটি নির্ভুলভাবে, ভাল অবস্থায় এবং সময় মতো প্রদানের জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
নিম্নলিখিত হিসাবে আমাদের শিপিং নীতি নোট করুনঃ
🔹 ঢাকার ভিতরে ডেলিভারি সময়: ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে
🔹 ঢাকার বাহিরে ডেলিভারি সময়: ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে
🔹 স্টক ইস্যু, ডেলিভারি ইস্যু অথবা অন্য যেকোন সমস্যার কারণে ডেলিভারি সময় সর্বোচ্চ ১৫ দিন হতে পারে এবং এ ব্যাপারে কাস্টমারকে অবগত করা হবে।
🔹 ঢাকা সিটির ভিতরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৭০ টাকা
🔹 ঢাকা সাব এরিয়াতে ভিতরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১২০ টাকা (সাভার,গাজিপুর,নারায়ণগঞ্জ,কেরাণিগঞ্জ)
🔹 ঢাকার বাহিরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১৫০ টাকা
🔹 ঢাকা সাব এরিয়া এবং ঢাকার বাহিরের অর্ডার কনফার্মের ক্ষেত্রে সিকিউরিটি মানি হিসেবে শিপিং চার্জ এডভান্স করতে হবে, যা অর্ডার পাঠানোর পরে ফেরতযোগ্য হবে না।
🔵 দয়া করে নোট করুন যে আমরা অর্ডার সরবরাহের জন্য একটি শিপিং সংস্থার সাথে যুক্ত। অতএব, শিপিং প্রক্রিয়া পুরোপুরি আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণে নেই। আমরা কোনও ক্ষতির ঘটনার জন্য দুঃখ প্রকাশ করছি এবং এর ক্ষতিপূরণ দেওয়ার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি।
🔹 রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জঃ
আমরা সর্বদা আমাদের গ্রাহকের চূড়ান্ত সন্তুষ্টি অর্জন করতে চাই। এবং এটি অনুসরণ করে আমরা বিস্তারিত পরিষেবা দিয়ে একটি রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা তৈরির জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করেছি যা আমাদের মূল্যবান গ্রাহকের পক্ষে উপযুক্ত।
নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলী রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতির আওতায় পরবেঃ
১. যদি আমাদের পণ্যগুলির যেকোনোটি মানের প্যারামিটারগুলি পূরণ করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, যেমন-

🔸 ত্রুটিযুক্ত
🔸 সাইজ অথবা ফিটিং সমস্যা
২. যদি Lookoid গ্রাহকের কাছে ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করে ।
৩. শিপিং এর সময় পণ্য হারিয়ে গেলে ।
৪. যদি কোনও প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি ঘটে থাকে – ভুল অর্ডার প্লেসমেন্ট।
🔹 কীভাবে এক্সচেঞ্জ করবেনঃ
১) আপনি অবশ্যই পন্য রিসিভের পূর্বে ভালো করে দেখে নিবেন। যদি কোনো সমস্যা বা পছন্দ না হয় তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে দেখাবেন এবং তাকে দিয়ে আমাদের ফোন করে রির্টান করতে পারবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই আপনাকে ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে দিতে হবে।
২) যদি আপনি প্রডাক্ট রিসিভ করে নেন এবং পরে এর সমস্যা পাওয়া যায়। সে ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই আমাদের ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে জানাবেন এবং সেই প্রডাক্ট এর সমস্যা জনিত স্থানের স্পষ্ট ছবি আমাদের ইনবক্স করবেন।
৩.ডেলিভারি বয় চলে গেলে প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন সেক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি + রিটার্ন চার্জ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে।
৪.আমাদের কোন মানি রিফান্ড অপসন নাই।
🔹 এছাড়াও দয়া করে নোট করুনঃ
১. আপনি যে আইটেমগুলি এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে অথবা রিটার্ন করতে চান সেগুলি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, ধোওয়া মুক্ত এবং অনাবৃত সমস্ত মূল ট্যাগ যুক্ত থাকতে হবে। যে আইটেমগুলি খোলা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়েছে তাদের এক্সচেঞ্জ অস্বীকার করা যেতে পারে। পণ্যগুলি পরিবর্তন, ব্যবহার বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়েছে কিনা তা নির্ধারণের জন্য আমরা সমস্ত অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
২. পণ্য প্রাপ্তির পরে, আলজিনার পণ্যটি এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্ন নীতিমালার জন্য প্রযোজ্য কিনা তা সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার পূর্ণ ক্ষমতা রয়েছে।
৩. এক্সচেঞ্জ পন্যটি মূল ডিলেভারি চার্জ চেয়ে সমান বা তার বেশি হতে হবে।
৪. ঢাকার ভিতরের ক্ষেত্রে, কাস্টমার অর্ডার রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় তাকে শিপিং চার্জ দিয়ে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
৫. এক্সচেঞ্জ এবং রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে শিপিং চার্জ কাস্টমারকে দিতে হবে।
৬. পণ্যটি ত্রুটিযুক্ত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ না হলে কোনও অফার/ছাড়ের আওতায় বিক্রি হওয়া যে কোনও পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্ন দেওয়া যাবে না।
🔵রং এবং ডিজাইনের অসঙ্গতি:
১. আমরা ওয়েবসাইটে যথাযথ রং এবং ডিজাইনের চিত্র তুলে ধরতে আমাদের যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করেছি। তবে, তবুও গ্রাহকরা মনিটরের তাত্পর্যের কারণে রং এবং ডিজাইনের ত্রুটির বিষয়টি পর্যবেক্ষণ করতে পারেন।

1. Prices displayed on the website are published in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
2. Technical errors in price data may occur due to system errors. In such circumstances, Lookoid reserves the right to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
🟦 Delivery policy:
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and on time.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
▪️ Delivery time within Dhaka: Within 3 working days
▪️ Delivery time outside Dhaka: Within 7 working days
▪️ Delivery time may be up to 15 days due to stock issue, delivery issue or any other issue and customer will be informed about this.
▪️ Delivery charge inside Dhaka City 70 taka
▪️ Delivery charge inside Dhaka sub area is 120 taka (Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Keraniganj)
▪️ Outside Dhaka delivery charge 150 taka
▪️ Shipping charge will be advanced as security money in case of confirmation of Dhaka sub area and outside Dhaka, which will not be refundable after order is sent.
▪️Please note that we are affiliated with a shipping agency to deliver orders. So, the shipping process is completely out of our control. We apologize for any loss and promise to compensate.
🟦 Return and Exchange:
We always want to achieve the ultimate satisfaction of our customer. And following this we have done our best to create a return and exchange policy with detailed services that suits our valued customer.
The following terms will be under the return and exchange policy:
1. If any of our products fail to meet quality parameters, eg-

▪️ Flawed
▪️ Size or fitting issue
2. If Lookoid delivers the wrong product to the customer
3. In case of lost product while shipping
4. In case there is any technical error - wrong order placement.
🟦 How to exchange:
1) You must check the product before receiving it. If there is any problem or not like then show the delivery man and you can call us back with him. In that case you must pay the delivery charges.
2) If you receive the product and later find a problem with it. In that case, please inform us within 72 hours and inbox us a clear picture of the problem area of the product.
3. If the delivery boy is gone, you can exchange the product. That is why the customer has to bear the delivery + return charge.
4. We have no money refund option.

1. Items you wish to exchange or return must be unused, wash free and unused with all original tags. Items that have been opened or damaged can be denied the exchange. We reserve all rights to determine whether products have been changed, used or damaged.
2. After receiving the product, Aljina has full power to decide whether it applies to exchange or return policy.
3. The exchange item must be equal to or greater than the original delivery charge.
4. In the case of inside Dhaka, if the customer wants to return the order, he has to return with shipping charge while the delivery man is there.
5. Shipping charges to customer for exchange and returns.
6. Any product sold under offer/discount can not be exchange or returned unless the product is defected or damaged.

1. We have done our best to capture the perfect color and design images on the website. However, customers can still observe flaws in color and design due to monitor's validity.
🔵 Denial of inconsistency of information:
1. Due to technical errors, websites may show misinformation related to product price, availability, image, size and color. Algina preserves the authority to correct and update that information from time to time.
