প্রিয় কাস্টমার, আপনাদের সহযোগিতার জন্য আমাদের কিছু নিয়ম আজ থেকে প্রযোজ্য হবে। 🤍

🔸 অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর Cancel / Return / Exchange গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
তাই অর্ডার করার আগে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্টের size, colour, details এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ভালোভাবে জেনে অর্ডার করবেন।

🔸 ব্যক্তিগত কারণে অর্ডার নেওয়ার পর cancel করা—যেমন বাইরে চলে যাওয়া, গ্রামের বাড়িতে থাকা, mood swing🙃 বা অন্য কোনো personal reason—এসব কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করা সম্ভব হবে না।

♦️ Odessy একটা গ্রোয়িং ব্র‍্যান্ড। প্রতিটি অর্ডার প্যাকেজিং, গুছানো এবং কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর পেছনে সময়, শ্রম ও খরচ জড়িত থাকে। অর্ডার করে পরে cancel হলে একজন ব্যবসায়ীর জন্য সত্যিই অনেক ক্ষতি হয়।

🔸 তবে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে প্যাকেট খুলে যদি প্রোডাক্ট ছেঁড়া, ডিফেক্ট বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট পাওয়া যায়, সেক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই সঙ্গে সঙ্গে জানাতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী return করা যাবে।

♦️ আমরা কাউকে জোর করে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট দিই না। ❤️
আপনি যখন অর্ডার করছেন, তখন প্রোডাক্টের details জেনেই অর্ডার করছেন—তাই অর্ডার করার আগে ভালোভাবে যাচাই করে তারপর confirm করবেন।

♦️ স্টক প্রোডাক্ট: ২–৩ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
• প্রি-অর্ডার প্রোডাক্ট: ২–৩ সপ্তাহ সময় লাগে (কার্গো/শিপমেন্ট বিলম্বের ওপর সময় কিছুটা বাড়তে পারে)।
প্রি-অর্ডার এর জন্য অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক (+বিকাশ চার্জ প্রযোজ্য)।
