�Pre-Order এর ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে কিছু টাকা Advance করে অর্ডার Confirm করতে হবে।

�কভিড-১৯ এর জন্য আমরা Product Delivery তে আপনাদের কাছে ৩০-৪০দিনের সময় চেয়ে নিচ্ছি(for imported products)।

�অর্ডার confirm করতে কাঙ্ক্ষিত ড্রেসের ছবি/Screenshot, আপনার Details Address & C

�সমগ্র বাংলাদেশ Delivery দেওয়া হয়।ঢাকার ভিতরে Cash on Delivery দেওয়া হয়।ঢাকার বাইরে প্রোডাক্ট এর মূল্য বিকাশের মাধ্যমে করতে হবে প্রোডাক্ট shipped হবার পূর্বে ।

�Delivery Charge inside Dhaka City: Tk 100/- for one to two dress. For 3 or more dress delivery charge will be higher. Delivery Point: Product will be delivered at your Home or office.

�Delivery Charge outside Dhaka City: For one or two dress- 150Tk or other delivery agent depending area. For 2 or more dresses delivery cost depend on delivery agent service. we will provide cash on delivery service

�প্রতিটি ড্রেসের Price Fixed. দয়া করে Bargain করে আমাদেরকে লজ্জায় ফেলবেন না।

�Defect ব্যতীত ড্রেস Return নেয়া হবে না। এবং Delivery Man এর সামনে ড্রেস check করে নিতে হবে এবং ভিডিও unboxing করা যাতে পারে। এর পরে কোনো ধরনের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

�১০০% নিশ্চিত হয়ে অর্ডার confirm করুন।

�Cash on delivery এর ক্ষেত্রে Delivery এর জন্য Dispatched হওয়ার পর কোনো অর্ডার cancel গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না।

�যুক্তিযুক্ত কারণ হলে অর্ডার Cancel করার জন্য ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের পেইজে মেসেজ দিয়ে জানাতে হবে।

�অন্য কোনো জিজ্ঞাসা (query) থাকলে message দিয়ে রাখুন। আমরা message দেখা মাত্র Reply করবো। দয়া করে ধৈর্য ধরুন।

�ছোটখাট ভুল ক্ষমাসুন্দর /সুন্দরী দৃষ্টিতে দেখবেন ।
