• Handled Customer inquiries, Feedback and Complaints.
• Develop marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Communicate with Customer via phone / social media / email or face-to-face
• Collaborate with Sales / Marketing and Operations Team.
• Manage Social Media / Website Platform
