Shipping cost completely depends on the weight of the product and may vary accordingly. In recent times, many websites such as WEVERSE do not state the full weight of the product hence it lowers the accuracy of the estimated total price
of the item and is subject to change. We will notify you about any changes.
2. Order Deadline: Deadline for placing orders for unreleased albums will be mentioned in the post. Deadlines for placing orders on the page will be about 3-5 days prior to the actual deadline from the official websites for preparatory reasons on our end.
3. Shipping Duration: Approximately 4 weeks or so after order placement in case of regular orders and approximately 4 weeks after release of pre-order albums. Please NOTE that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic delayed arrival is inevitable as there may be various restrictions in flight availability. Products may arrive earlier or much later than the tentative date proposed.
4. Payment Procedures:
a) For all K-Pop Albums 60% Advanced Payment is mandatory for all clients. b) For all special packages and lightsticks, there will be a partial advanced payment required that will depend on the products itself. c) For all official BT21 Merchandize FULL PAYMENT is mandatory. d) For all promotional deals, a booking fee is applicable to confirm your order placement. It will be adjusted with the rest of the payment. We accept payments via Bkash (charge applicable) and Bank deposition (for big transactions). You’ll be provided information during order placement.
5. Delivery Procedures:
BDKC delivers throughout Bangladesh. We use reliable courier service to make our deliveries. Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT
CASH ON DELIVERY FOR ALL. (Excluding Advanced Payment)
In case of certain circumstances, you can opt for Sundorban Courier Service outside Dhaka, but you will have to make full payment prior to avail this facility.
