OFFICIAL NOTICE
We would like to respectfully request that anyone who has previously used Shakoor’s designs, motifs, or artwork on clothing, where the respective deal or collaboration has already concluded, please do not continue to use those designs or artwork on clothing for any promotional, commercial, or other purposes.
We also request that such use should not be presented in any way that may create confusion or miscommunication regarding a current association with Label Farha.
For clarity, Label Farha is currently the only clothing label using Shakoor’s designs and artwork under an active arrangement. No other clothing brand or individual is authorized to represent themselves as currently working with Shakoor in connection with Label Farha.
If unauthorized use of Shakoor’s artwork or designs on clothing is identified, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action to protect the artist’s intellectual property and the interests of Label Farha.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in respecting Shakoor’s artwork and artistic legacy.
