I completely against the License Band Issue of . Though i have got satysfactory service from them, but yes there are lots of correction issues. Some system must be rectified and i completely agreed on this.
The biggest insident happened recently, i can feel the pain of those parents. But, actual reason shall be find out and all related concern must be punished for the occurance. But licence shall not be banded.
