So, this Apu placed her order on **Wednesday at 12:14 AM**, as you can see in the screenshot.
When we informed her that her parcel had been dispatched and that she would receive it today, she suddenly asked us to cancel the order, saying that she no longer needed it.
When we confronted her about the cancellation, she said that it had already been 4 days and that she still hadn’t received her parcel.
We reminded her that we had already informed her that the parcel would be delivered within 3–4 days.So, if she was saying that today was the 4th day, she would receive it today anyway.
Then I received a notification from the delivery rider that she had cancelled the parcel.
When we asked her about it, she changed her statement and said, “Today is the 5th day, and you people have no sense of time.”
So, we checked the order details properly. The order was placed on **Wednesday at 12:14 AM**, and today is **Friday**, when the delivery rider called her for delivery.
That means it was actually only the 3rd day,not the 4th or 5th.
No ethics, no sense of responsibility, and on top of that, lying just to prove herself right. There is a limit to how much nonsense
