Once you agree to the quotation and terms, we'll proceed with the order.
06 — We import & deliver
Your product is sourced, imported, quality-checked, securely packed, and prepared for delivery.
# Typical import delivery time: approximately 20–30 days, depending on the product, supplier, shipping method, customs, and other circumstances.
# ORDER POLICY
For all Orders:
1. 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order.
2. Advance payments are non-refundable once the supplier order has been placed, unless GEKKO BD is unable to supply the product.
3. The remaining balance may be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), where available and applicable to the selected delivery method.
# RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products sold by GEKKO BD are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, if you receive a product with a genuine issue, damage, or a problem that qualifies for a refund, we will review the case and take appropriate action.
# IMPORTANT: UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED
To make a claim for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise problematic product:
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
1. Begin before the package is opened, preferably while the courier representative is still present.
2. The package, shipping label, and its condition must be clearly visible at the beginning of the video.
3. The video must continue without cuts or interruptions until the product has been fully unboxed and the issue is clearly shown.
4. Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package in the presence of the courier representative and record the unboxing immediately upon delivery.
If the package has already been opened before recording, or there is no proper unboxing video evidence, the claim may not be accepted.
This policy helps protect both our customers and GEKKO BD from damage or disputes that may occur after delivery.
