Stadler Picks are individually handmade in Berlin out of carefully selected and matured buffalo, ox and ram's horn. They have tactile and sonic properties extremely close to the legendary vintage tortoise shell picks since they are essentially made out of the same material: keratine. Although not quite as beautifull as shell, horn picks can give guitar players the same fantastic levels of control

and expression. On acoustics, archtops and piezo systems the unique tortoise shell like warmth and overtones are especially perceptible and on electrics speedy licks and pinch harmonics come easily.

'Tis that time of the year again ... it's nice when the pre-xmas order madness calms down and i get a couple of quiet weeks to fill up the warehouse. Still a long way to go until they are ready though, i may even get around to getting the new website and shop online before they're ready 🤪
