Architect Simone Saccab shares her interpretation of Aeterna as a contemporary version of the noble travertine slabs.

The piece revisits the essence of natural stone through a contemporary language, where scale, texture, and veining are given a new interpretation. The result is a surface that preserves the sophistication of the classic while placing itself more freely and contemporarily within the space.

REPORT MDW 26 | Milão acontece durante uma semana.
Mas o que realmente permanece é aquilo que conseguimos transformar em repertório e aplicar aos projetos.

A Portobello convidou a comunidade Portobello+Arquitetura para uma noite especial na Flagship da Alameda Gabriel, para um talk com Taissa Buescu, curadora de design, que há 23 anos acompanha Milão de perto e construiu um vasto repertório sobre os movimentos, comportamentos e direções que atravessam o universo da arquitetura e do design.

Um encontro para discutir o que realmente faz sentido trazer para os projetos, para os espaços e para o futuro da forma como vivemos.

The Portobello +Architecture team walked through the pavilions with a precise, technical eye: material, finish, color and form.

What became clear today is that contemporary design is shifting its focus back to matter itself. Surfaces that communicate. Stone, glass, textile and ceramic repositioning finish as the protagonist of the project.

This is the curation we are building live in Milan.
