At local level, we seek to contribute to the economic diversification of the economy of the country (Botswana), in partnership with the Government (under the Econo

mic Diversification Drive - EDD), thus helping the country in realising its strategic vision (Vision 2016) and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The Government has over the years been engaged in trying to diversify the economy by promoting investment by citizens as the main focus for citizen empowerment, through establishment of institutions such as CEDA, LEA and other financial assistance programmes such as the Young Farmers Fund. Our company was born in response to our country’s dire need for employment creation and economic diversification to broaden its revenue base. Economic diversification has the potential to boast employment creation, following the 2009 financial crises, when the country experienced an up surge in business losses and subsequent retrenchments. Considering the fact that our vision extends beyond the local market but the global market, we seek to bring to those markets similar values which are aimed at improving the livelihood of all communities in which we operate through creation of employment and facilitating economic development of growth thereto.
