As part of the 50th anniversary celebration of the Festival of the Maples, Lanark & District Maple Syrup Producers invited previous award winners to present this year’s trophies. Doug and Wenda Wheeler from Golden Maples Farm presented us with the Reserve Champion trophy. Also included in this photo is LDMSP Chair Marty Ennis who led the awards ceremony. 🍁

The is our favourite event of the year. It marks the official end of maple season for us (although is maple season ever really “over”? 🤣).
The day brings new and returning customers. We were excited to bring back the maple syrup sample table this year. It was a big hit! A huge thank you to our family who show up every year to help.
We also love catching up with our fellow producers after a busy season. Our local maple community is awesome! 🍁
Save the last Saturday in April 2027. See you back in Perth!

The 50th annual Festival of the Maples takes place tomorrow (Saturday, April 25) in downtown Perth. 10am-4pm
Come see us for all your favourite maple syrup and maple products. We have all four grades available, along with all the maple value added products (sugar, butter, mustard, etc!). The taffy booth will be rolling their sweet treat day long too 🍁. Looks for us on Gore Street with our new Thompsontown tents (the old booths have officially retired!)
