As many of you know, I’ve had a major unexpected surgery hiccup that has me back on strict rest orders for up to 8 weeks. To make sure I heal properly this time (and avoid another repair surgery 🤦‍♀️), we will not be accepting internal floral orders for the next two weeks.

Our greenhouse, plants, gifts, and available grab-and-go items will still be here, but custom floral work will be taking a short pause while I focus on healing and acknowledge my lift restrictions.

As a one-person business, it’s always tempting to push through—but this is one of those moments where listening to my body has to come first. I’d much rather take the time now than risk being away even longer.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. It truly means more than you know. 💚 We’ll be back creating beautiful blooms as soon as we’re safely able to. 🌿🥺

Well guys.. when they say rest- REST because apparently my healing had other plans. So this post is a little.. personal💚

As some of you know about 12 weeks ago we had a major surgery and was advised to take some time to rest. Well this one-woman show sometimes doesn’t know when to slow down and when I thought I was fine.. we were actually causing a lot of internal damage to our body. I always try to be a little bit of something for everyone but over the past few weeks you probably noticed my go isn’t my normal “go” but trying to “push through” something that wasn’t worth restarting is now back to a restart. After a very long, frightening weekend filled with emergency rooms, doctors frantically running around me to make sure I wasn’t no longer able to provide flowers to the world👀🤦‍♀️
I now have emergency recovery surgery today after a very frightening weekend Andrew and I endured; and HOPEFULLY, I have learned to sit long enough to realize 24 weeks of recovery sucks. So a friendly reminder from your go, go, go florist.. please listen to your body, your health team, and yourself when you know you shouldn’t be but you are. To anyone else experiencing this— I see you, I push with you, I heal with you, and I hope for a speedy recovery💕

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. I’ll be back as soon as I’m cleared and feeling like myself again.

A quick note to my brides, services and sympathies I can genuinely feel the panic from this note:

This will not affect ANY events that are coming within the next week or over the next few weeks, however I will be shutting down walk-in services for at least this week and potentially next.
