This Carparelli pre-wired chrome T-Style control plate is designed for players who want more control, more blend options, and more flexibility from a traditional 2-pickup T-Style guitar.

Unlike a standard Tele-style control layout with one master volume and one master tone, this setup gives you separate volume control for each pickup using a CTS concentric potentiometer. That means you can leave the bridge pickup wide open while rolling back the neck, bring the neck in gradually against the bridge, or create endless pickup blend combinations that are not possible with a standard control plate.

This gives you classic 3-way pickup selection, one master tone control, and independent volume control for the neck and bridge pickups.

Default Configuration

The concentric control is used for separate pickup volume control:

The solid shaft CTS pot is used as the master tone control with the included 0.047 Emerson PIO capacitor.

Here’s a special one-of-a-kind Carparelli build made for the Patriotic Canadian player who wants something bold, unique, and seriously versatile.

This Carparelli T-Style features a Canadian flag-inspired relic finish over a lightweight basswood body, giving it that “already loved, already played, already got stories” look. It has just the right amount of light relic wear for a broken-in feel without looking overdone.

The roasted flamed maple neck is a beauty on its own, featuring the Carparelli headstock, black locking tuners, barrel string trees, and a bone nut. The neck has a warm roasted look with flame figuring that really pops against the red, white, black, and chrome hardware package.

Tonally, this guitar is loaded with a very cool pickup combination: a chrome covered stacked P90 in the neck and a railed stacked single coil in the bridge. You get the punch, clarity, and attitude of a T-Style, but with more tonal range than a standard Tele setup.

The electronics are where this guitar really opens up. It has a 3-way Brio switch, two push/pull controls for coil splitting either pickup, a 0.022 Vitamin Q Paper-in-Oil capacitor, and a Pure Tone output jack.
