Morning coffee in this beautiful garden! Good morning everyone!

There was a time in my life when I thought I knew someone’s story just by looking at them.

Now I know better.

The strongest people often carry the heaviest things in silence. The happiest smile might belong to someone who’s barely holding it together. The person who seems distant may be fighting a battle you’ll never see. And the one you judged in a single moment has lived thousands of moments you know nothing about.

We’re all walking around with chapters that include heartbreak, grief, mistakes, healing, growth, second chances, and victories that no one applauded.

The truth is, we rarely meet people at the beginning of their story. We usually walk in somewhere in the middle—after the plot twists, after the pain, after the lessons… or sometimes right in the middle of the storm.

So before you judge someone by one conversation, one decision, one bad day, or one first impression, remember this:

You only saw the chapter you happened to walk into.

Lead with kindness.
Give people grace.
You never know what they’re carrying.

If this message made you stop and think for even a second, share it with someone who might need the reminder today. ❤️

This little collection is a reminder that the best moments aren’t the perfectly posed ones—they’re the blurry selfies, the random laughs, the “everyone squeeze in!” moments, and the memories you don’t realize you’ll treasure until later.

Life is loud. The house is chaotic. Someone is always hungry, someone’s making a weird face, and someone definitely blinked in every second photo. 😂 But I wouldn’t trade this beautiful mess for anything.

These are my favourite people. ❤️

Now I’m curious… which selfie is your favourite? And be honest… how many times did you have to rewatch to catch everyone’s faces? 👀💕

Some people hear rain and think their plans are ruined.

I hear rain and immediately want to make a coffee, sit on the deck, and pretend the laundry doesn’t exist for just a few minutes.

Life is loud most days. Six kids, endless meals, dishes, work, projects… there’s always something waiting for me.

But these tiny moments? They’re the ones I remember.

Just a hot coffee, the sound of the rain on the lake, and a reminder that not every minute has to be productive.

So tell me…

🌧️ Are you a sunshine person or a rainy day person?

If your algorithm keeps showing you perfectly curated lives… this is your sign to stay. ❤️

Around here, you’ll find the real version.

The unfinished projects.
The camping weekends.
The thrift store wins (and plenty of misses).
The meals that somehow come together.
The gardening experiments.
The chaos.
The laughs.
The moments that make an ordinary life feel pretty extraordinary.

I’m not here to pretend I’ve figured it all out.

I’m here to prove that you don’t need a perfect life to enjoy the one you’re living.

So if you’ve been looking for a corner of the internet that feels like hanging out with a friend who always has three projects on the go… welcome. ☺️

Tell me one thing you’re currently obsessed with or working on—I want to get to know the people behind the screen.

✨ Follow along if you’re ready to start appreciating the little things with me. ゚
