Let’s chat about magnesium butter:
I had never tried making a lotion before, I was always so nervous. But now that I have, it really wasn’t that bad. My first attempt was a complete fail, but I kept researching and with a little encouragement from other makers, I made it 🥳.
I find a generous application is the best. I began with a light application and that did not work for me. Always be careful of any open wounds. It will sting! I’m finding it helps so much to calm my restless legs, eases muscle and joint pain, and improves my sleep. My muscles finally feel rested by morning. For me, it was one of those things you need to commit too, to see results. I hope everyone else is seeing results as well.
