When I first started my business, I thought good customer service meant saying yes to everything. Last minute orders, unrealistic timelines, exceptions to policies, messages at all hours…I would bend over backwards because I didn’t want to lose the sale.

But eventually you learn that not every order is worth the stress that comes with it.

I can appreciate every inquiry without accepting every job. I can be kind while still having boundaries. And I can say no without feeling guilty about it.

The goal isn’t just to build a successful business. It’s to build one I actually enjoy running.

Protect the business. Protect the boundaries. Protect your peace. 🤍

Did I post the reel? No.
Did I accomplish anything? Also no.

But technically I was on Instagram for my business, so I’m calling it market research. 😂
