Excited that Rocky View Brewery choose Cochrane and our Addie’s building for its Tap room. I am looking forward to sharing this adventure with friends and family, and excited for Lyle and Deneane Thorsen as they continue to build this great little Brewery on our Main St in Cochrane.

We started to open up the field yesterday. It doesn’t look like we will get the yield we were hoping for. The crop is thick but it does look like the heat has stressed it. Just didn’t get quite enough rain at critical times this spring. Great to be back in the tractor :)

Beautiful day on the farm. Feels like spring in Alberta. Sent some great hay out to Victoria today to Mike Byl at B.Mobyl Feed. We also have a 663 bales in a 53ft trailer all ready to go. If anyone is interested, let me know.

Lots of hay leaving the barn at the moment, heading out to customers who we store hay for during the year. It does look like we are going to have some leftover because of the stampede reducing wagon drivers. If you still need hay this year, please get in touch. We can transport within Alberta in loads of 160, 500 and 1000. We can ship to BC through B.Mobyl Feed. Pickup also available.

Our shelves are still full, if you are looking for some great quality hay from a family farm. We have limited rained on hay, but still a fair volume of premium Timothy. Hay is all under shed, and delivery options available.
