This month we are showing our love for our own personal favs! It’s Pick Your Own Month!

Today I am using a set from that I’ve had for a bit but haven’t played with yet. I love all things tea so when I saw this I knew I had to have it!! This fun interactive set is called Sips Tea and has a fun add on that allows the tea cups to tip and tilt!! I love that the coordinating stencils add delicate touches to the tea cups! The Greetery is know for a timeless, vintage-modern, and elegant feel suited for heirloom-style greeting cards and gift packaging. Their website features a regular "Lookbook" and video tutorials to help crafters coordinate stamps, stencils, and dies together. If you haven’t checked them out yet I hope this inspires you to do so!

I used one of my favourite sets for a dozen pet sympathy cards for my local vet. I donate cards to them several times a year in hopes that some handmade love comes through on days that are so very hard.

Summer (aka the Hot Stuff) at our house is about all the lovely blooms on our property! We are so lucky to live in a location and climate where flowers and flowering trees & bushes thrive! I’m using the new Daisy Frame and Stencil from the newest Simon Says Stamp release for this sweet card. Warm tones of pinks and oranges and gold embossing carry the theme just a little longer!

I know it is a tad early for spooky season but how could I resist!!?? I’m using the new Aug2020 Stamp & Die of the Month set for . I played with some new to me techniques for this card. I tried the holographic colouring style for the balloons and added glossy accents on top for a 3D shiny vibe. The background ( see the 3rd photo) is made with glow in the dark Nuvo drops from and some fun splatter in silver and black.

Starting off this month with this super fun Stencil of the Month for Aug 2026 called Peek-A-BOO! I paired these two cards with the Stamp & Die of the Month for the sentiments. ✨Card one is done mostly with dye inks for the green and orange. The black eyes are done with Oxide and dusted with perfect pearls for a spooky shimmer and the bats are done with a blended paste and sprinkled with black glitter!
✨Card two is using more of the Oxide for a smoky background and a heavier layer for the eyes and again dusted with perfect pearls in Pewter

🦈 Welcome to the 4th Annual Shark Week Card Hop hosted by 🦈 Our goal is designed to take you on an ocean voyage of jaw-some shark themed cards, share important facts about the marine life that call it home!

With the longest coastline in the world, touching three oceans, it should come as no surprise that Canada is home to many sharks. There are 56 species of sharks, skates and rays (collectively known as elasmobranchs), which frequent the waters of Canada’s coast, and they can be found anywhere from the shifting waters of Bay of Fundy, to the frigid depths of the Arctic Ocean, to the kelp forests of the Pacific. The diversity of these species in Canadian waters is also worth noting; there’s the thorny skate, flat and prickly; the giant, gentle, filter-feeding basking shark; the ancient Greenland shark; the small but mighty spiny dogfish and many others.

Going for that deep water ocean vibe again using some timeless products!
