A lot of sellers think they need a full renovation before listing, and most of the time… they really don’t.

The biggest things that make a difference are usually:

✨ Cleanliness
✨ Light
✨ Decluttering
✨ Minor repairs
✨ Creating a calm, welcoming feeling

Buyers want to be able to picture themselves living there. That matters way more than having the trendiest kitchen on Instagram.

Sometimes a few small changes can completely shift how a home shows and how buyers emotionally respond to it.

Part of my job is helping clients figure out what’s actually worth doing before listing — and what’s unnecessary stress and expense.
