There's something for every budget! Wood Signs, Ceramic Tiles, Vehicle & Wall Decals, Canvas, T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Onesies, Cookie Jars, Cake Carriers, Coffee Mugs, Tea Cups, Wine Glasses (incl. stemless), Water Bottles & Tumblers, Coasters, Picture Frames, Cookie & Candy Jars, Cutting Boards, and more! Therefore, we require payment in full before ANY work on your design begins. We accept email money transfers sent to [email protected] (we will be happy to "walk" you through this process if you're not familiar with it). Once your payment has been received and confirmed, we will design a draft mockup of your design **THIS PROCESS MAY TAKE SEVERAL DAYS** You will receive a few different styles of your design, including different colour and font options to choose from. Once you've made your selections, we will send one FINAL MOCKUP for you to confirm that all details are correct (spelling, size, scale, colours, etc) - THIS IS YOUR PROOF. The entire process generally takes 7-10 business days, HOWEVER, if you need an item sooner than that, we may still be able to accommodate your order - JUST ASK US :) PLEASE NOTE: Our processing times may be delayed depending on the time of year and our current order volume. *** Draft Mockups will be sent to the customer via FaceBook Messenger (unless otherwise directed) within 7-10 business days from receipt of payment. .. Return Policy:
1. We DO NOT accept returns on personalized or custom orders {Exchanges only - see below for process}
2. Exchanges may be considered on a case by case basis on defective products. Any product that has been tampered with will not be considered.
3. You must contact DreamTree Designs within one (1) week of pickup or delivery of item.
4. Return request must be in writing with a picture of the item and a copy of your invoice. OUTDOOR SIGN GUARANTEE:
Should you opt for our Outdoor Sign Guarantee, your Custom Wood sign is guaranteed to last against the elements for up to 5 years from your date of purchase. We do recommend only having your sign outdoors only during 3 seasons (Spring, Summer, and Fall) as the snow, ice and salt may cause your sign to "age" quicker than usual.
