Foraging wild bergamot in the 40C heat. Wild bergamot is magnificent! The smell and taste of it is lovely and spicy green. I’ll use this for some aspect in The Dinners event at the end of September. There is so much that we are gifted. Take the time to appreciate what you have. Take the time to learn. Sustainable and respectful foraging is a must.

Big announcement...

You can purchase tickets, or view the event, and even contact us if you're interested in becoming a sponsor. It is the first of its kind event, and we're looking forward to seeing those who have a deep interest in Food Sovereignty and Food Security, as well as a wish to understand and practice Truth & Reconciliation on a deeper level.

I have some bars up on the website now. www.wonagi.ca
Some are test bars, so their pricing is very low, but they are yummy!
I also have regular priced Callebaut Gold, that taste like salted caramel, with sponge toffee bits and sea salt. You can get them in bar form or bark (which is thinner).
