More time with your kids. More trust in your team. More freedom to travel. More confidence that taking a week off will not make everything fall apart.

For a long time, growth can look like doing more. More clients, more hours, another service, another certification.

But eventually, I started asking a different question.

What if the next level is making what we have already built work better?

That is why I care so much about systems, retention, policies, client experience, team structure, and understanding the business behind the service.

I want to continue building a business that creates income, but I also want it to create choices, presence, ease, and peace of mind.

And I want other beauty artists to know that this is possible too.

A little housekeeping at Lash Artisan 🤍

If you’ve been here for a while, you know our content has changed.

We’ve become much more focused on education, understanding the science behind what we do, and helping artists make better decisions behind the chair.

Our products are still part of our story, but we don’t want this page to become a place where we’re constantly asking you to buy something.

So this isn’t really a product launch.

It’s actually the opposite.

We’re making room, and that means saying goodbye to some of our lash tray inventory.

We’ve marked our remaining trays down to $6.

If you already use them, need to stock your cart, or just want to take advantage of the price, now is a pretty good time.

Sharing our secret! This is why we achieve some of the most consistent lash lifts in our studio.

Whether you’re working with short lashes, long lashes, or naturally curly lashes, choose the correct shield size, place it properly, and this technique will work beautifully.

From there, you can use either a thio based or cysteamine based system, both can produce excellent results when your foundation is right.

Our goal is to minimize manipulation around the client’s eyes while still providing optimal results.

Everyone focuses on the brow hairs because that’s what we can see. But before a single solution touches the brows, the skin should be your first assessment.

Look beyond the hair. Is the skin healthy or dehydrated? Is there existing redness, irritation, cuts, eczema, psoriasis, or active breakouts? Has your client recently used retinoids, exfoliating acids, or acne medications that may have weakened their skin barrier? Do they have a history of sensitivity or allergic reactions?

These questions matter because brow lamination doesn’t only affect the hair. Every solution also comes into contact with the skin beneath it.

A successful brow lamination isn’t just fluffy, lifted brows. It’s a treatment where the skin remains calm, comfortable, and healthy from beginning to end.

The best artists don’t only evaluate the hair. They assess the entire treatment area before deciding whether to proceed, adjust their timing, protect the skin, or postpone the service.
